3. Shipping and Delivery Terms

  • We strictly ship eligible orders within the United States (no international shipping).
  • Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Saturday. Orders submitted after 5:00 PM ET or on Sundays/holidays begin processing on the following business day.
  • Standard order processing requires 1–3 business days, followed by carrier transit of 5–8 business days, resulting in a total estimated delivery window of 6–11 business days.
  • Shipping rates: We offer Free Shipping on all orders.
  • Carrier delays resulting from extreme weather events, natural disasters, or invalid addresses provided by the buyer are beyond our direct control, though our team will assist you in resolving delivery inquiries.

4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Eligible unworn footwear can be returned within 30 calendar days from delivery.
  • Items must be returned in original condition, unwashed, and packed inside the original shoebox with all tags intact.

  • We charge $0.00 restocking fees. Customers cover return shipping for buyer remorse or size exchanges; prepaid labels ($0.00) are provided for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days post-inspection.
  • Order cancellations may be requested before 5:00 PM ET on the same business day of purchase.
